How to Resize an Image Online

  1. Upload your image (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, or BMP).
  2. Enter a new width or height in pixels, the other dimension updates automatically with aspect ratio locked.
  3. Or enter a percentage scale (e.g. 50% halves both dimensions).
  4. Choose a resampling filter: Lanczos3 for the best quality downscaling.
  5. Click Resize Image and download the result.

Resampling Filters Explained

  • Lanczos3: Sharpest result, recommended for photos and general use.
  • Bicubic: Smooth and natural, good for gradients and illustrations.
  • Bilinear: Fast with acceptable quality for most web images.
  • Nearest: Pixel-perfect for pixel art, icons, and crisp edges.
