Using the tools

Imgpact provides free browser-based tools for personal and commercial use. You remain responsible for your files, the rights needed to process them and your use of the result. Keep a backup of originals and verify outputs.

Availability and limits

Tool availability, formats and technical limits may change. Processing can fail because of file damage, codec support or device resources. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for a specific professional or regulatory use. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Files, preferences and optional services

Using a tool is not consent to analytics or advertising. Optional audience measurement of page visits and related technical session data starts only after your agreement, which can be withdrawn through Cookie preferences in the footer. Refusal leaves the tools available. Privacy and Cookies describe the data and choices.

Historical tool-use counters remain unavailable. This version does not collect conversion actions, use Microsoft Clarity or load advertising SDKs.

Your content and remedies

Using a tool does not transfer ownership of your files or results to the operator. Ensure you have the rights needed to use and transform your files. Third-party software components retain their respective licences.

Contact the operator about a question or problem with the service. These terms preserve rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived and do not impose an exclusive court.
